Instructions for Use:

1. Open the buoy and place your items inside.
2. Roll the bag at least 3 times to close it.
3. Clip the plastic buckles together.
4. Open the valve cap and inflate by mouth or pump, then tightly close the valve. Repeat on the other side.
5. Adjust the strap to fit securely around your waist.
6. To deflate the buoy, release the valve cap and unscrew the valve.
